5 Healthy Meals Under $25

a weeks' dinner the family will love

create PDF for people to print grocery list, and have recipes available. maybe use Canva

Grocery shopping and meal planning can go one of two ways (at least for me).

A fun process

or utter chaos, and frustrations.

I did not include pantry staples like flour, butter, salt, or spices on the list, as it's likely you already have and forgot about, or only use on occassion because what meals ask for nutritional yeast?

Some of the ingredients used for one meal will be overlapped in the other - getting all the use from the item you purchase meaning no waste and probably some leftovers, too.
